FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS MEASURED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic and place uncovered tray on a baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Cook for 40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir. Return to oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray on microwave-safe plate in center of microwave. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave on high for an additional 3 minutes, uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
