Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F (for convection oven, preheat to 400°F). Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° F as measured by a food thermometer.
