Do not thaw. Cook from frozen.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic from tray. Place tray on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes or until center of the product reaches 165°F.
Grill: Preheat grill to 450°F. Remove plastic from tray. Place tray on foil-lined grill grate. Cook over indirect heat for 45-60 minutes or until center of tray reaches 165°F.
