From frozen:
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove scallops from tray. Place individual bacon wrapped scallops on a foil-lined baking sheet allowing 1 inch or more between pieces. Bake uncovered for 14 - 16 minutes.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
