Bacon-Wrapped Pork Chops
4 (6 oz.) chops
Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Grill: Preheat grill to high. Remove Pork Chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Cook over high heat 4-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Pan Saute: Preheat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove Pork Chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Place Pork Chops in hot pan, cook for 6-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove Pork Chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on broiler pan on top oven rack. Broil for 4-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove Pork Chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on a baking sheet. Cook for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
