Bacon-Wrapped Pork Chops
4 (6 oz.) chops
Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Grill: Preheat grill to high. Remove Pork Chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Cook over high heat 4-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Pan Saute: Preheat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove Pork Chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Place Pork Chops in hot pan, cook for 6-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove Pork Chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on broiler pan on top oven rack. Broil for 4-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove Pork Chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on a baking sheet. Cook for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Air Fryer (1500 Watt): Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Remove desired number of pork chops from packaging. Pat dry with paper towels and season as desired. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place desired number of servings in air fryer, leaving 1' between pieces. Cook for 8 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from air fryer, let stand 5 minutes, remove metal skewer and serve.
