Pork T-Bones
4 (7 oz.) chops
Thaw in Refrigerator.
Grill: Preheat grill on high. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired and cook over medium heat for approximately 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches145°F.
Broil: Preheat broiler on high. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on broiler pan 3-4 inches from heat source. Broil 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Contact Grill: Preheat contact grill. Season thawed pork chops. Grill 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Pan Saute: Preheat 1-2 tbsp. of cooking oil in saute pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove pork chops from packaging and pat dry. Place pork chops in hot pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Sear Roast: Preheat oven to 300°. Preheat 1-2 Tbsp. of cooking oil in pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove Pork Chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired. Place Pork Chops in hot pan, cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side. Flip over pork chop and place pan in heated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°.
