It's easiest to remove burgers from the wrap while still frozen. Thaw in refrigerator.
GRILL: Clean and preheat grill to high 600 °F. Season burgers as desired. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reads 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
Broil: Preheat oven broiler on high and position top rack so that it is 3-4" from element. Season burgers as desired. Grill or broil for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reads 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
