4 (6 oz.) burgers
FROM THAWED:

Thaw in Refrigerator. Remove burgers from packaging while still frozen. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
GRILL OR BROIL: Grill or broil 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
CONTACT GRILL: Grill for a total of 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
PAN FRY: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers, pan frying for 7-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
The United Stated Department of Agriculture recommends that ground beef be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F when measured with a kitchen thermometer.
FROM FROZEN:

GRILL: Grill at 450°F (medium to low setting) for 7-8 minutes on the first side, flip and cook another 6-7 minutes on second side until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
PAN FRY: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers, reduce to medium-low heat, and pan fry for 12-15 minutes on the first side and 5-7 minutes on the second side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
