Thaw in Refrigerator.
Pan Sauté: Cut thawed beef tenderloin tips into bite-size pieces. Saute in a small amount of butter or oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Use as meat for authentic chili or in a favorite stew recipe. Note: Tips as tender as Filet Mignons so it is not necessary to cook them for more than a few minutes.
Grill: Grill 1-3 minutes on each side for medium rare or until desired doneness.
Contact Grill: Grill beef tenderloin tips for 4-5 minutes (medium rare) or until desired doneness.
