FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove packaging and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add 2 Tbsp. of water to bottom of dish to prevent splattering and burning. Bake uncovered, for approximately 45 to 55 minutes. For additional flavor, use wine as a substitute for water.
Microwave (1100 WATT): Remove from packaging and place two frozen portions in microwave-safe dish. Add 2 Tbsp. of water to bottom of dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on HIGH for approximately 5 ½ minutes.
