Do Not Thaw!
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place cod portions in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered for 15 to 17 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time for crisper fillets. Fish is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Air Fryer:Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place desired amount of cod fillets in fry basket leaving ½" space between each fillet. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, flipping filets half way through cooking time.
