Stuffed Chicken Cordon Bleu
2 (7.75 oz.) breasts
Do Not Thaw! Keep Frozen Until Ready to Cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove chicken from packaging. Place desired number of portions on a lightly oiled, foil lined sheet tray. Bake uncovered for 48 minutes.
Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove chicken from packaging. Place desired number of portions on a lightly oiled, foil lined sheet tray. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Remove chicken from packaging. Place desired number of chicken portions in fry basket leaving ½" space between each piece. Cook for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
