Stuffed Sole with Scallops and Crabmeat Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove packaging and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add 2 Tbsp. of water to bottom of dish to prevent splattering and burning. Bake uncovered, for approximately 45 to 55 minutes. For additional flavor, use wine as a substitute for water.
Microwave (1100 WATT): Remove from packaging and place two frozen portions in microwave-safe dish. Add 2 Tbsp. of water to bottom of dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on HIGH for approximately 5 ½ minutes.

Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove Sole Almondine from packaging and place desired number of portions on a foil lined baking sheet with the almond side up. Bake uncovered for approximately 14-16 minutes.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove Sole Almondine from packaging and place desired number of portions on a foil lined baking sheet with the almond side up. Bake uncovered for approximately 12-14 minutes.

Lemon-Peppered Tilapia Fillets Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
From Frozen
Oven:Preheat oven to 400°F°. Remove frozen tilapia from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Microwave: Place frozen tilapia, with packaging intact, on a microwave safe dish. DEFROST for 7-8 minutes, flip halfway through cooking. Remove tilapia from packaging and place on a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap; venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Tilapia should be white on the outside and opaque on the inside.
From Thawed Thaw in refrigerator.
Oven:Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove thawed tilapia from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 13-16 minutes
Microwave: Remove tilapia from packaging and place on a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap; venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in Refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
Quick Thaw Method: Unpackage desired number of fish fillets and place in a sealable plastic bag. Remove as much air from the bag as possible and immerse in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.
Broil or Grill: Preheat the broiler or grill. Brush the fish with melted butter or olive oil; season as desired. Broil or grill for 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes after turning.
Pan Sauté: Preheat 1 tsp. of cooking oil per portion over high heat. Season as desired. Carefully place fish in pan; sauté for 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes after turning.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush fillets lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Season as desired. Place fillets on a baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes.
