Lobster Tails Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
From Thawed: When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler, position top rack 3-4 inches from heat source or preheat grill to medium. Butterfly tails by cutting down through middle of hard shell with a sharp knife. Cut through flesh but not underside membrane. Hold tail in both hands and open flat. Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil. For broiling, place lobster tails on broiler pan shell side down. Broil for 6-7 minutes. For grilling, place flesh side down on grill and cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping when necessary if flare up occurs.
From Frozen:
Stove-top: Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in large saucepan. Remove plastic wrap from frozen tails and place in boiling water. Return to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook tails for 12-15 minutes until meat is opaque in color.
Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove tail from plastic and wrap each tail tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place on baking sheet in oven on center rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove potato from cellophane. Place desired number of frozen potatoes on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes until lightly browned or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Microwave (1100-WATT): Remove potatoes from cellophane. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 2½ to 4 minutes rotating at half way point. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4 to 6 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Green Beans in Butter Sauce Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
