Jerk Rubbed Chicken Breasts

- 8 each 4 oz Omaha Steaks Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 bunch scallions
- 6 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
- 1 each small habanero chiles or scotch bonnets *
- 1/2 tablespoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients but chicken breasts. Process well until smooth.
- Coat each chicken breast with the rub and grill until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
