This sandwich serves up grilled Omaha Steaks Marinated Salmon Fillet on crusty Italian bread; top salmon with Omaha Steaks Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce, lemon juice, and avocado.   • 4 ea. 5" roll of crusty Italian bread
  • 1/4 cup Omaha Steaks Lemon Dill Tarter Sauce
  • 4 ea. Omaha Steaks Marinated Salmon Fillet, thawed
  • 4 ea. lemon wedge
  • 4 ea. Romaine leaf
  • 8 slices Beefsteak tomato
  • 1 ea. avocado, sliced
Preparation
  1. Grill thawed salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  2. Toast the crusty Italian or your favorite bread.
  3. Spread both sides with our Lemon Dill Tarter Sauce.
  4. Next place the cooked salmon on the bread and top with lettuce, tomato slices and avocado slices.
  5. Squeeze the lemon on top and close the sandwich.
  6. Try serving with our Omaha Steaks Sweet Potato Steak Fries.
