Omaha Steaks Delmonico Steaks with Delmonico Potatoes

- 4 each Omaha Steaks Delmonico Steaks
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp Omaha Steaks Private Reserve steak rub
- 1 Recipe Delmonico Potatoes
- 4 medium potatoes, unpeeled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3/4 lbs shredded aged cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup fine dried bread crumbs
- Thaw Omaha Steaks Delmonico Steaks overnight in the fridge or quick thaw by placing sealed steaks in a sink with water for about 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Delmonico Potatoes using the recipe below.
- Preheat grill on high. Blot dry steaks with a clean paper towel then brush each side with cooking oil.
- Generously season both sides of the steaks with the Private Reserve Steak Rub.
- Reduce grill heat to medium and grill steaks to desired doneness. For a medium rare steak grill about 7-8 minutes on the first side and 5-6 minutes on the second side.
- Serve each steak with the Delmonico Potatoes.
- Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 40 minutes or until tender. Drain and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Peel potatoes and coarsely shred. In a saucepan, heat the milk, cream, salt, mustard, and pepper over medium heat until bubbles form around side of pan. Stir in shredded potatoes.
- Place in a greased 6 x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle shredded aged cheddar cheese and bread crumbs over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cheese is browned on top.
