This recipe for BLTA (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado) uses Omaha Steaks Burgers along with classic BLT ingredients for a new take on a couple of classic sandwiches. Just pile bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and a freshly-grilled burger patty on top of a Kaiser Roll topped with mayonnaise for a quick and tasty sandwich that will be a sure-fire hit at any BBQ.
  • 1 each Omaha Steaks Burger
  • Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
  • 2 slices Omaha Steaks Bacon
  • 1 each kaiser roll
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 leaf green leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1/4 each avocado, sliced
  1. Toast the kaiser roll.
  2. Cook and season the Omaha Steaks burger to your desired doneness.
  3. Spread both sides of the bun with mayonnaise then place the burger on the bun.
  4. Heat the Omaha Steaks Bacon and place on the burger.
  5. Top with lettuce leaf, sliced tomatoes, and sliced avocado.
