Preparation

Do not thaw.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place tilapia breading side up on lightly oiled, foil-lined baking sheet leaving 3-4 inches between each piece. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until tilapia reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Place desired number of fillets on fry basket leaving 1/2" between fillets. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
