Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Open bag, remove rice and sauce pouch. Place sauce pouch in a bowl of hot water. Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium high, add 1 T. oil and stir fry vegetables. Cover and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and add 1 T. water and contents of sauce pouch. Cook uncovered 2 minutes stirring occasionally. If desired, add your favorite cooked protein. Cook until protein is heated through. Microwave rice pouch for 3 minutes. Remove rice pouch from the microwave, pour into serving dish. Pour contents of skillet over rice and serve.
