It's also one of the most popular sides in exclusive steakhouses around the world. Thankfully, America's Original Butcher, Omaha Steaks, developed our own gratin to help bring the steakhouse experience into your home.
It all starts with crisp broccoli and cauliflower that delivers a-just-harvested-from-the-farm flavor that's truly unmistakable. Next, those vibrant veggies are covered with toasted breadcrumbs and a marvelous medley of three savory cheeses: Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan. Finally, serve it alongside your favorite steak, chicken, or pork chop meal.
Of course, preparation is a breeze! Simply take this scrumptious side from your freezer, place it in the oven, and wait for those glorious flavors to meld together into a bubbly, crispy, and toasty gratin. Pass it around your table and your family will be convinced you spent hours in the kitchen (but don't worry - we won't tell!). And because it's Omaha Steaks, every forkful is guaranteed delicious.
Preparation
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove film and cover with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Place in oven on center rack. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
