THAW IN REFRIGERATOR. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F). Place aluminum foil on the preheated grill with non-stick (dull) side facing up toward food. Remove product from packaging and place onto foil. Cover and grill for 15-18 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F. Remove from grill, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove product from packaging and place on a foil or parchment paper lined, lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes. Turn oven to broil. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, let rest 5 minutes & serve.
