For centuries, the people of Spain's Valencia coast have combined seafood, vegetables, rice and spices to serve paella - a hearty family dinner. Now, we've borrowed a few secrets from that rich history to create our own modern take on paella - Spanish Rice with Seafood & Sausage.

You can't beat our combination of seafood and succulent flavors. We start with our sweet, lobster-like Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp, the finest clams, mussels, meaty scallops, and andouille sausage. Then we create a mouthwatering melange of rich flavors by combining it all with a bounty of vegetables, rice, and spices.

Do Not Thaw.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the pouch on a foil lined baking sheet flat side up. Cook for 50-55 minutes or until product is 165°F. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Product will vent, carefully open package and pour into serving container.
