Do not thaw. Keep Frozen Until Ready To Cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
  • Open bag, remove rice/quinoa pouch. Set ancho seasoning packet aside.

  • Preheat 10" nonstick skillet to medium-high, add 2 T. oil, contents of bag and 1 T. water.

  • Cover and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave rice/quinoa pouch for 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat, add ancho seasoning packet, stir, cover and let stand 1 minute.

  • Remove rice/quinoa pouch from microwave, pour into serving dish. Pour contents of skillet over rice/quinoa and serve.
