Sirloin Tips with Mushroom & Red Wine Sauce

Do not thaw.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Remove tray from box and cut small slit in the center of film. Place frozen tray in the microwave and cook on high for 7 minutes. Carefully remove the film and stir. Microwave on high for an additional 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from microwave, stir and serve.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from box and remove film from tray. Place frozen tray on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Carefully remove tray from the oven and stir well. Return tray to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from oven, stir and serve.
