Prosciutto-Wrapped Turkey Roulade

From Frozen:
Conventional Oven
Oven: Do Not Thaw. Do Not Remove Plastic Film. Do Not Microwave. Preheat oven to 375°F. With plastic film intact, place turkey flat side down on foil-lined baking sheet. Do not puncture film as it will self-vent during baking. Place baking sheet on middle rack in oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn turkey over (flat side up) and bake for an additional 45-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven; let rest 10 minutes before removing from film. Carefully cut film open. Remove turkey, slice and serve.
