Thaw in refrigerator.
Pan Saute: Place 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add pork pieces to pan. Cook for 7-10 minutes reducing to medium half way through. Cook to an Internal temperature of 145°F.
