STOVETOP: Add 1 Tbsp. oil, 1 Tbsp. water and desired amount of sausage links to a nonstick skillet. Cover and heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes, separate and flip sausages, cook covered for an additional 6-8 minutes, turning frequently until sausages are browned and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place desired number of sausages on a foil-lined baking sheet. Place in oven on middle rack for 10 minutes, separate sausages, and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes or until sausages have reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Place sausages on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on defrost for 2 minutes. Separate sausages. Microwave for 3 minutes on high. Let rest 1 minute and serve.
