When the Omaha Steaks expert butchers hand-select the cuts for our Polynesian pork chops, they choose premium pork and trim it to remove the bone and any excess fat… creating the ideal chop for this island-inspired entree.
While these meatier, center-cut pork chops would be perfect without a marinade… they're even more delicious with a balanced savory-sweet blend of sesame and soy sauce, along with just the right touch of spices and honey.
If you want to be truly authentic, you can cook them over a driftwood fire in the sand. But if you're not having dinner on the coastline, simply prepare using your favorite method - whether that's cooking them on the grill, sauteing them in a pan, or sliding them into a nice, hot oven.
Our Polynesian Pork Chops are flash-frozen to lock in the freshness. Then we individually seal each chop, box them up, and deliver them with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. And once you taste our new & improved Polynesian Pork Chops, we know you'll want us to repeat the whole process again and again.
