Grill: Preheat grill to high. Remove skewers from packaging. Remove meat from packaging. Place meat on skewers. Place skewers on preheated grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until meat has reached the desired internal temperature.
Broil: Preheat broiler to high. Place oven rack 2-3 inches from broiler. Remove skewers from packaging. Remove meat from packaging. Place meat on skewers. Place skewers on prepared broiler pan or foil lined baking sheet. Broil for 4-5 minutes per side or until meat has reached desired internal temperature.
