Starting with potatoes that are grown and hand-picked in Brittany, France, they are then hand-sorted to select ones that are consistent in size. This makes it easier to evenly slice the potatoes so they will cook to a perfect tenderness in each individual serving.
Once sliced, the potatoes are layered in a handmade application - making each individual serving look unique and homemade. The rich and creamy sauce is created with quality cream from grass-fed French Normande cows… along with milk, eggs, garlic, and a touch of cheese. The final dish is artisanal in appearance and authentically delicious in taste.

Though they look fancy, they're incredibly easy to prepare. They go from freezer to oven and are ready in 35 minutes.

Preparation
Oven: Do not thaw. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place desired number of servings 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as indicated by a food thermometer.
Microwave (1100 Watt): Do not thaw. Place desired number of servings on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as indicated by a food thermometer. Let stand 1 minute and serve.
Air Fryer (1500 Watt): Do not thaw. Preheat air fryer to 300°F. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place desired number of servings in air fryer, leaving 1" between pieces. Cook for 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as indicated by a food thermometer. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
