Description

Starting with the best beef roast, hand-cut by America's Original Butcher, the tri-tip is then rubbed with a blend of salt and pepper and expertly prepared sous-vide style for maximum tenderness. This special 10-hour process helps the roast cook evenly and retain moisture to deliver a tender, juicy medium-rare roast with exceptionally rich flavor.

Thanks to being pre-cooked, all you need to do for the perfect roast is thaw and heat. In just 40 minutes you can have a delicious, tender tri-tip roast that's guaranteed to satisfy the whole family - just slice against the grain and serve. It's great for sandwiches, fajitas, or as the centerpiece for a family celebration. Try one today and start sharing!
