Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place thawed bacon in single layer on a foil lined pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove bacon from oven. Place oven rack 2-3 inches from element. Preheat broiler to high. Place pan of bacon on rack 2-3 inches from broiler. Broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip bacon and broil for another 1-2 minutes or until desired level of doneness is achieved.
PAN-FRY: Arrange bacon in a single layer in a cold pan. Fry over medium heat turning occasionally for 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Drain on clean paper towels before serving.
Grill: Preheat grill for indirect grilling. Three cool zones - one hot zone. Oil your grill or use bacon fat to grease the grate. Lay bacon across the grate. Cook over indirect heat for 15 minutes, turning frequently. Move bacon to hot zone of the grill to finish. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, turning frequently.
