Add some kick to your get together with these hot and spicy sauced chicken wings. They're juicy and big, and easy to make in the oven or microwave and serve. Hot (Buffalo-style) wings are the perfect party appetizers, or serve them up as quick meal with veggies and blue cheese dressing.

Preparation

From Thawed:
Thaw overnight in refrigerator or quick thaw by placing wings with plastic packaging intact in a sink or bowl full of water for 20 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread the thawed wings on a lightly oiled, foil lined baking sheet leaving space between each piece. Heat for 20 minutes.
From Thawed: For Extra Crispy Wings Thaw overnight in refrigerator or quick thaw by placing wings with plastic packaging intact in a sink or bowl full of water for 20 minutes.
Broiler: Preheat oven broiler on high and position top rack 4-5" from element. Spread the thawed wings on a lightly oiled, foil lined pan leaving space between each piece. Broil for 12 minutes on first side then flip over wings and broil for 8 minutes on second side.
From Frozen:
Stove Top: Bring enough water to a boil in a pot to submerge bag. Place bag of wings in water. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer 30 minutes. Remove bag with tongs and carefully cut open using scissors. Pour onto serving plate and serve.
From Thawed:
Microwave*: Place wings with plastic packaging intact on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let rest 2-3 minutes before carefully cutting open package and serving.
From Frozen:
Microwave: Place wings with plastic packaging intact on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let rest 2-3 minutes before carefully cutting open package and serving.
