These chicken breasts cook great on the grill or with a little oil in a pan. They bake well by themselves or atop your favorite casserole. Each chicken breast is flash-frozen to preserve its freshness, and they're individually sealed so you're only cooking what you need. Preparation

Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 ° F as measured by use of a thermometer.
Thaw in Refrigerator.
Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature is 165°F.
Contact Grill: Grill 3-4 minutes total on preheated contact grill or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 °F. Season as desired. Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Pan Sauté: Place 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts to pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side reducing heat to medium after flipping. Cook to an Internal temperature of 165°F.
