Preparation & Recipes

Preparation

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place sirloin tips in skillet making sure not to crowd pieces together. If necessary, sauté tips in two batches in order to achieve adequate searing. Sprinkle with Omaha Steaks Seasoning #1141 or desired seasoning. Sear, stirring and flipping for 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Serve over rice or noodles or use as a starter for stroganoff, chili, stew or stir-fry.

"This seems to be a really simple choice, but its far more than that! I try to keep it in the freezer all the time. It makes a stew or stir fry something special, great taste and tender. Best advice, don't overcook, just past rare is best flavor and very tender."
Kenneth T. - Copperas Cove, TX
