Beef Sirloin Tips



Our Sirloin Tips are generous pieces of our premium quality sirloin steaks so they're full of robust, beefy flavor. Try them in stew, stroganoff, stir-fry, chili and kabobs. Available in convenient one pound packages.

Preparation & Recipes


Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place sirloin tips in skillet making sure not to crowd pieces together. If necessary, sauté tips in two batches in order to achieve adequate searing. Sprinkle with Omaha Steaks Seasoning #1141 or desired seasoning. Sear, stirring and flipping for 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Serve over rice or noodles or use as a starter for stroganoff, chili, stew or stir-fry.
