Do Not Thaw!
Oven: Preheat oven to 425° F. Remove from packaging and place trout on a foil lined baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Pan-Fry: Preheat cooking oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Pan-fry trout 3-4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
