Haddock is beloved among fish connoisseurs (and a favorite of the Brits for fish and chips) for its mild taste, firm texture, and the fact that it's packed with protein and nutrients. And this unique coating adds major "superfood" health benefits, too - it's made with quinoa, flaxseed, and whole rolled oats with a touch of garlic that comes out crispy in the oven without frying or breading (it's gluten-free!). Each haddock fillet is cut by our experts, coated with ancient grains, individually sealed, and frozen to preserve freshness and flavor. All the work is done for you, and there's no shopping for ingredients to be done. Just bake these fillets in the oven for a crispy, flaky, moist fish fillet every time.

Do Not Thaw.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove haddock from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place sheet pan on center rack of oven. Bake 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove haddock from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place sheet pan on center rack of oven. Bake 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
