Omaha Steaks butchers start by selecting only the best whole-muscle, air-chilled white meat chicken. The air-chilled method is much more effective in tenderizing the meat and delivering a more natural chicken flavor. Our butchers then meticulously hand-cut each breast just so, leaving the wingette attached. This artisan process was developed to ensure more even heat distribution as the meat is prepared. THAW IN REFRIGERATOR. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
SEAR AND ROAST: Preheat oven to 375°F. Preheat an oven safe pan to medium. Pat dry and season chicken breast. Place chicken breast in pan skin side down. Sear for 3-5 minutes. Flip chicken breast and place in oven for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place desired amount of chicken breasts on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium. Season chicken breasts as desired. Grill breasts 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
