Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Cordon Bleu with Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Vegetable Medley

- 2 10 oz. Omaha Steaks Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 2 7 oz. trays Omaha Steaks Roasted Vegetable Medley
- 1 pkg. Omaha Steaks Smashed Red Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Cordon Bleu from box but leave ovenable film intact. Place on foil-lined baking sheet with flat side up allowing 3-4 inches between pieces. Place on center oven rack and set timer for 50 minutes.
When timer reaches 30 minutes remove cello wrap from potato and vegetable trays. Place both - still in trays - on a foil-lined baking sheet.
When timer goes off remove all from oven and carefully cut ovenable film on chicken open with scissors and serve Red Smashed Potatoes and Roasted Vegetable Medley.
