  • 1 c. Italian parsley firmly packed
  • 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T. sherry vinegar
  • 1 Calabrian chile stem removed
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • salt
  • pepper


  • In a food processor, blend parsley, garlic, and Calabrian chile until finely minced; add olive oil, sherry vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the food processor and blend until well incorporated.


Note: Season to taste with salt and pepper.
