Drink Pairing: Bourbon Sake Sour

  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 1 oz. dry sake wine
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. agave nectar
  • 1 lemon twist


  • Place all ingredients, except lemon twist, in a shaker and dry shake with no ice until foamy.
  • Pour over a large ice cube and garnish with lemon twist.
