Delicious cheeseburger recipe made completely on the grill and ready in just 20 minutes.
Servings: 4 servings
- 4 Omaha Steaks Burgers
- 4 slices red onion cut ½-inch thick
- 1 large red bell pepper cut into quarters
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup garlic-herb cheese spread Boursin®, Alouette® or your favorite cheese spread
- 4 round French sandwich rolls split
- 2 T. olive oil
Preheat your grill to medium high. Season burgers liberally with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning. Cook burgers to your desired level of doneness according to the included Omaha Steaks burger cooking instructions.
Lightly oil and season the vegetables. Place on the grill with the burgers. Grill the onions and peppers 5-7 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Remove from grill and cut the bell pepper into ½-inch strips and set aside.
Lightly brush the French roll halves with olive oil and toast on grill. Remove toasted rolls from the grill and spread 1 T. of the garlic-cheese on the bottom of each bun; top with a burger, onion slice and ¼ of the bell pepper. Then spread 1 T. of the garlic-cheese on the top bun and serve.
