Check the internal temperature, the desired temperature is 120\u00b0 F. If the temperature has not been reached, continue to cook, checking every 5 minutes until desired temperature is reached.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4106-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Remove tenderloin from grill and increase grill temperature to 450\u00b0 F.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4106-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">After 10 minutes, return tenderloin to grill and sear for 5 minutes.
