Lemon Tarter Sauce



For: Omaha Steaks Swordfish, Tuna, and Salmon Steaks

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon peel, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed


Procedures:
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Keep covered in refrigerator at least 4-6 hours before serving.

This recipe makes about ¾ cup.
