Apricot Glaze for Ham



Ingredients:
  • 1 cup apricot nectar, canned
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. corn starch
  • ½ ginger, ground

Procedure:
  1. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and ginger in a sauce pan. Stir in apricot nectar.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
