Southwestern Chipotle Burger

1 Omaha Steaks Burger
1 Whole Wheat Bun
2 Tbsp. Chipotle Mayonnaise (recipe follows)
2 Tbsp. Pico De Gallo (recipe follows)
¼ each Avocado, sliced
To Taste Omaha Steaks Southwest Chipotle Seasoning

Chipotle Mayonnaise Ingredients:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. Canned Chipotle Chile in Adobo Sauce Pureed
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp. Kosher Salt

Pico De Gallo Ingredients:
2 cups Diced Roma Tomatoes, ¼" pieces
½ cup Diced White Onion, ¼" pieces
3 Tbsp. Cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Jalapeno, minced very fine with the seeds
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp. Kosher Salt

  1. Prepare Chipotle Mayonnaise and Pico De Gallo.
  2. Season burger with Southwest Chipotle Seasoning or your favorite blend.
  3. Grill, broil or pan-fry burger until internal temperature reaches 160F.
  4. Slice bun in half and toast on grill or broiler.
  5. To make the Chipotle Mayonnaise, combine all ingredients and mix well. It can be stored for 1 week in refrigerator. Makes about 8 servings.
  6. Spread 1 tablespoon of Chipotle Mayonnaise on each half of bun.
  7. To make the Pico De Gallo, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Makes about 3 cups.
  8. Place cooked burger on bun and top with Pico De Gallo and avocado slices. Place remaining bun on top.
