Mushroom Swiss Burger

with Mayo and Smoky Mustard

1 Omaha Steaks Burger
Sprinkle Omaha Steaks All Natural Steak Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Sauteed Mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Mustard
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Onion Poppy Seed Bun

  1. Season Omaha Steaks burger with All Natural Steak Seasoning.
  2. Grill, broil, or pan-fry until juices run clear: do not overcook.
  3. While burgers are cooking, heat mushrooms by placing the frozen tray in the microwave and heat on high for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Place Swiss cheese on top of burger to melt.
  5. Slice bun in half and toast on grill or broiler.
  6. Spread mayonnaise and Mustard on toasted bun.
  7. Place burger on bun, top with Sauteed Mushrooms.
