Mushroom Swiss Burger
with Mayo and Smoky Mustard
1 Omaha Steaks Burger
Sprinkle Omaha Steaks All Natural Steak Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Sauteed Mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Mustard
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Onion Poppy Seed Bun
- Season Omaha Steaks burger with All Natural Steak Seasoning.
- Grill, broil, or pan-fry until juices run clear: do not overcook.
- While burgers are cooking, heat mushrooms by placing the frozen tray in the microwave and heat on high for 5-6 minutes.
- Place Swiss cheese on top of burger to melt.
- Slice bun in half and toast on grill or broiler.
- Spread mayonnaise and Mustard on toasted bun.
- Place burger on bun, top with Sauteed Mushrooms.
