  • 1 Omaha Steaks Burger
  • Omaha Steaks Southwest Chipotle Seasoning, to taste
  • 1 whole wheat bun
  • 2 Tbsp. chipotle mayonnaise (recipe follows)
  • 2 Tbsp. Pico de Gallo (recipe follows)
  • 1/4 each avocado, sliced
Chipotle Mayonnaise:
* Makes about 8 servings
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, puréed
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
Pico de Gallo:
* Makes about 3 cups
  • 2 cups diced Roma tomatoes, 1/4" pieces
  • 1/2 cup diced white onion, 1/4" pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeño, minced very fine with the seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  1. Prepare chipotle mayonnaise and pico de gallo.
  2. Season burger with Southwest Chipotle Seasoning or your favorite blend.
  3. Grill, broil or pan-fry burger until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Slice bun in half and toast on grill or broiler.
  5. To make the chipotle mayonnaise, combine all ingredients and mix well. It can be stored for 1 week in refrigerator.
  6. Spread 1 tablespoon of chipotle mayonnaise on each half of bun.
  7. To make the pico de gallo, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  8. Place cooked burger on bun and top with pico de gallo and avocado slices. Place remaining bun on top.
